# Overview

Shiroi Labs builds infrastructure for transaction inclusion, ordering, and execution on Solana.

The project focuses on how MEV emerges from latency, execution uncertainty, and auction placement, and how these factors affect determinism, fairness, and validator sovereignty.

This documentation introduces Shiroi’s perspective on MEV as a systems problem and describes the principles behind its execution-close design.
