SHIROI — Strategic Directions

1) Engineering & R&D

SHIROI develops tools to optimize network throughput and increase block production efficiency.

Key initiatives include:

  • Block Builder Module (BBM). A next-generation block-assembly module implementing Proposer–Builder Separation (PBS). It provides a transparent and efficient block formation process, boosting overall network performance.

  • Enhanced transaction-execution control systems. Solutions aimed at minimizing latency and making transaction execution more efficient and controllable, thereby increasing Solana’s effective network speed.

2) Enhancing Existing Solana Components

We focus on adapting and optimizing Solana’s core components to improve stability and performance without breaking compatibility.

  • Validator client optimization — architectural refactors and performance acceleration.

  • Greater network-infrastructure resilience — measures that reduce failure and downtime risk under high load, ensuring stable block production.

3) Liquid Staking Pool

SHIROI is building a next-generation liquid staking pool with improved yield, powered by our own technical infrastructure. The pool combines:

  • high efficiency of SHIROI validators;

  • a transparent, predictable reward-distribution model;

  • user-friendly tooling and integrations with DeFi protocols.

4) Validator & DeFi Integration

We are developing mechanisms for interaction among validators, stakers, and DeFi projects to foster a resilient and efficient ecosystem.

Key objectives:

  • Increase staking yield via automated rebalancing and reward optimization.

  • Simplify user participation through unified interfaces and tools.

  • Create new income opportunities within the SHIROI ecosystem through integrations with DeFi protocols and infrastructure services.
